<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-coating treatment apparatus which can make space lesser, productivity higher, expenses of equipment and chemicals lower and man-hours for management and burden on a waste water treatment lesser as a result of shortening of treatment process steps. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus has a treating vessel 1 filled with a degreasing and chemical conversion treating solution, a first circulating system 11 for circulating the degreasing and chemical conversion treating solution in the treating vessel and returning the solution to the treating vessel 1, a dust remover 2 disposed in the circulating system to remove the dust included in the treating solution, a chemical conversion sludge remover 3 disposed in the circulating system to remove the chemical conversion sludge included in the treating solution, an oil-component remover 4 disposed in the circulating system to remove the oil- component included in the treating solution, a treating solution replenishing vessel 6 disposed in the circulating system to replenish the treating vessel with the fresh treating solution, a water-polar organic solvent separator 5 disposed in the circulating system to separate the water component in the treating solution and the polar organic solvent and returning the polar organic solvent component to the circulating system, an ion remover 7 disposed in the circulating system to remove ion components from the water component separated by the separator 5 and to return the remaining water to the vessel 6, and a slope 31 provided with nozzles 34 for slushing and high-pressure sprays 32 between two vessels 1 and 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
