PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic liquid crystal panel for a curved display which can suppress the problem of air bubbles in forming the curved display and a failure in display grade, such as a liquid crystal pool and a thin gap, and greatly improve the reliability of the curved panel and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In making the curved display performed by curving a liquid crystal display flat panel by an external force and fixing the same, the problem of the air bubbles in forming the curved display and the failure in the display grade, such as the liquid crystal pool and the thin gap, can be suppressed and the reliability of the curved panel can be greatly improved by a method of previously injecting liquid crystals of a moderately small amount in manufacturing the flat panel, a method of arranging gap control members having an adhesive function into a space section between transparent electrode wiring so as to prevent the distance between the substrates on the inner side and outer side from changing when bent, or a method of positively superposing substrates varying in thicknesses and material quality as the upper and lower substrates and forming the panel such that the inside volume of the cell itself is made hardly changeable during curving.
