PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a deodorizing-decomposing effect, and to prevent the early deterioration and mesh-clogging of a furnace inside member by restraining a short pass of exhaust gas in a furnace chamber. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas separator for separating the exhaust gas introduced from an exhaust gas introducing port into a plurality of flows and a heating straightener for straightening the flows while heating the separated exhaust gas, are arranged in the furnace chamber 1a of a furnace body 1 having the exhaust gas introducing port 2 and an exhaust gas deriving port 3, and the input exhaust gas disperses over the whole in the furnace chamber, and flows at the same flow speed in respective parts without causing the short pass.
