PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate insertion and mounting work of a first unit and a second unit, to stabilize the mounted second unit, and to prevent occurrence of abnormal noise caused by vibrations of the second unit, in a system in which the first unit is mounted to an opening portion of a fuel tank and the second unit is installed in the fuel tank to be close to a side. SOLUTION: A first connecting member 7 is vertically hung from the first unit 1 to be rotatable in frontward and backward. A second connecting member 11 is disposed to the second unit 12 so that the second connecting member 11 is positioned at an approximately central portion in the front and back directions to be capable of elevating. An urging means 13 urging the second unit 12 downward is disposed between the second connecting member 11 and the second unit 12. The first connecting member 7 is connected to the second connecting member 11 by a connecting shaft 10 to be rotatable. The first connecting member 7 is formed so that a lower end portion 7c of the first connecting member 7 has downward pressing force and frontward pressing force when the first unit 1 is pressed downward with a bottom face of the second unit 12 placed on an inner bottom face 2a of the fuel tank 2.
