PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages of the surface of a decorative sheet or a base material when a self-adhesive tape is peeled off after left to stand in a state pasted on the surface of the decorative sheet at a high temperature for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The aqueous topcoat varnish for a building decorative material comprises (A) a carboxy group-bearing acrylic resin, (B) an amino group-bearing silicone compound, and (C) an amide wax or a fluororesin. The decorative sheet is obtained by forming on the base material a printed pattern layer and applying the aqueous topcoat varnish for a building decorative material on the surface of the printed pattern layer.
