PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for detecting the output of a variable-resistance sensor capable of switching accuracy in detecting variables to be detected. SOLUTION: The circuit for detecting the output of the variable-resistance sensor is provided with both an arm having a serial circuit of a transistor TR<SB>1</SB>and a resistive element R<SB>1</SB>, and an arm having a serial circuit of a transistor TR<SB>2</SB>and a resistive element R<SB>2</SB>. One ends of the arms are connected to one end of a sensor 15. A DC voltage E is impressed between the other ends of the arms and the other end of the sensor 15. By bringing the transistor TR<SB>1</SB>or TR<SB>2</SB>into an ON state according to a detected temperature, a rate of change of a detection signal VT to a change in the temperature T is switched to switch temperature ranges so as to heighten detection accuracy.
