PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alignment of cutting parts 78 by regulating rotation of piston rings 70. SOLUTION: A rib 79 is formed in a piston ring groove 77, and a rib cutout groove 80 is arranged in a piston ring 70. At this time, a forming position of the rib 79 or the rib cutout groove 80 is changed so that the cutting parts 78 of a plurality of piston rings 70 are not aligned in a straight line shape to thereby prevent alignment of the cutting parts by regulating the rotation of the piston rings 70 by vibration.
