PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slime removing member always securing a solution having a large slime removing effect. SOLUTION: This slime removing member 10 is removably mounted on a lid 1 having a chrysanthemum-like cut pattern disposed on the top of a garbage catching cage 60 of a sink W. The member has a ring body 11 provided with a plurality of storing parts 20 for storing a slime remover 12, and each storing part 20 is constructed so that some of the slime remover 12 is previously dissolved with drainage J flowing in the storing part 20 to be stored therein.
