PURPOSE:To realize the designing of the big operating magnetic-flux density by using a specific amorphous alloy. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous alloy as indicated by the equation, where M is at least one element to be selected from Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, W, Ni or Mo, M' is at least one element to be selected from Cu, Ag or Au, 0<=a<=0.05, 0,01<=b<=0.08, 0.1<=x<=5, 0.1<=c<= 2, 7<=y<=18, 7<=z<=16, and 22<=y+z<=28, is formed by a liquid quenching method such as a single roll method or the like, and is used as a magnetic core which is wound in a toroidal form. Then, this magnetic core 18 heat-treated in an inactive gas such as nitrogen gas or the like with a view to realizing an angular ratio of less than 20% and a stress relaxation of more than 90%. In this way, it is possible to manufacture an amorphous magnetic-core whose effective pulse permeability is excellent. |
