<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble diagnosis device for an automatic transmission which prevents determination error and alarm error for trouble in a throttle opening sensor caused by voltage drop of ignition power or key-off so as to improve precision of trouble diagnosis to the throttle opening sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In the automatic transmission, speed change control is performed based on a throttle signal as a detection value from the throttle opening sensor. This device is provided with: a throttle opening sensor abnormality determining means to determine abnormality in the throttle opening sensor by detecting a throttle pulse signal based on the throttle signal; a power voltage detecting means to detect a power voltage value of the throttle signal; and a throttle opening sensor trouble diagnosis means to determine that the throttle opening sensor is in trouble when the throttle opening sensor abnormality determine means is not detecting the throttle pulse signal based on the throttle signal, and when a power voltage value of the throttle signal detected by the power voltage detecting means is more than a set value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
