<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas concentration measuring apparatus in an atmosphere which can measure a carbon dioxide concentration in a higher accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The gas concentration measuring apparatus in the atmosphere comprises a sensor chamber 12 for passing the atmosphere captured from an exterior, a gas sensor 13 disposed in the chamber 12, a heater 16 for heating the atmosphere passing the chamber 12, a thermometer 15 for measuring a temperature near the sensor 13 in the chamber 12, and a temperature control circuit 28 for controlling a heating temperature of the heater 16 according to the temperature near the sensor 13 to be measured by the thermometer 15. Thus, the atmosphere passing the chamber 12 is regulated at a predetermined temperature by the control circuit 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
