<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having high antireflection property and conductivity by the surface antireflection layer and preferably also having scratch resistance and antidazzle property. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection material 1 is made into a layered structure of a transparent substrate 2, a hard coat layer 2, a conductive layer as a medium refractive index layer containing transparent conductive ultrafine particles of a metal oxide, a low refractive index layer 5, and so on successively deposited.
