PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal valve which facilitates assembling and securing sufficient quantity of water flow from a flow inlet to a flow outlet. SOLUTION: This thermal valve A is provided with a valve casing 1, in which a valve chamber 7 communication the flow inlet 2 and the flow outlet 3 with each other and a valve seat 10 for opening/closing a flow passage of the valve chamber 7 are formed, and a holder 16 having a valve body 11 connected to the valve casing 1 for opening/closing the valve seat 10, a thermosensitive element 35 interlocking with the valve body 11 and energizing the valve body 11 in a direction away from the valve seat 10, a heating element 20 heated by application of electric power for expanding/shrinking the thermosensitive element 35 by its heat, and a spring 36 energizing the valve body 11 in a seating direction to the valve seat 10. The supporting member 31 interlocking with the valve body 11 and the spring 36 energizing the valve body 11 to the valve seat 10 side via the supporting member 31 are housed in a case 26. The case 26 is mounted to the holder 16 with the heating body 20, and the supporting member 31 is elastically energized from the both sides by the thermosensitive element 35 and the spring 36, so that the valve seat 10 is opened/closed by means of the valve body 11 interlocking with the supporting member 31.
