PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution and reduce cost of an operation restraining circuit, to easily perform an operation of operation restraining equipment even during maintenance with a controller removed, and to use detection by each switch of the operation restraining circuit for a controlling operation of the controller. SOLUTION: A plurality of switches S for restraining operation are connected to the operation restraining equipment 2 in series, and a predetermined switch S is connected to the controller 8 via switching circuit 7 employing a transistor connected to the switch S in parallel.
