PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonizing oven small-sized so as to be simply handled by everybody, energy-saving, environment-friendly, and capable of collecting pyroligneous acid, by combining utility with good taste. SOLUTION: In this carbonizing oven, an inner oven 8 used for carbonizing, etc., is positioned inside a main body 1 so as to be freely attached and detached, and pyrolysis gas is separated into the pyroligneous acid and gas through a water-cooling unit, so that the pyroligneous acid is collected into a water-sealed container H and the gas is utilized as an auxiliary fuel.
