PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that it is difficult to raise a tear-open pull-top of a can or the like when raising it to open so that considerable force is needed and that considerable force is necessary to pull up until the pull-top is unsealed. SOLUTION: The unsealing device has a claw to be hooked on the tear-open pull-top, is easy to carry in a hand, and minimizes the necessary force until unsealing by using its elliptic outer periphery.
