PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device with a cooler, using washing water in a water tank as a cooling means of a condenser and also preventing the occurrence of a bad influence due to a temperature rise of the washing water in long-time cooling operation. SOLUTION: This toilet device with a cooler is provided with the cooler 8 having a compressor 14, a condenser 15, a pressure reducer, an evaporator 17 and a blower 18 constituting a refrigerating cycle, and a water tank 7 for storing washing water for a toilet stool. The condenser 15 is sunk in the water tank 7, and a temperature detecting means for detecting the water temperature in the water tank 7 is provided, whereby when the temperature detecting means detects a temperature above a first designated temperature, washing water in the water tank 7 is discharged.
