TUNNEL LINING SEGMENTS AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily perform assembly of tunnel lining segments formed by circumferentially dividing a segment ring into many parts. SOLUTION: A PC steel bar 2 having a long nut connection member 3 threaded thereto is inserted in each segment piece along a tunnel propelling direction beforehand, and connection part storage recessed parts 12 for circumferential PC steel strand 11 are provided in the plurality of segment pieces. The PC steel bars are connected in order to the PC steel bars of existing segment rings and temporarily tensed. The circumferential PC steel strand is inserted after the third piece is installed or the fourth piece is installed, or inserted after a newly installed segment ring on one circumference is formed, and connected to each other through a tensed fixing body in the connection part storage recessed part 12 to tense the PC steel strand.
