PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure of a vehicular seat composed by improving a seating property of the seat, ease of use of a baggage space, and housing performance of equipment while improving panel moldability and vehicle body strength. SOLUTION: In this housing structure of a vehicular seat, the seats 10 and 20 installed on a floor are rotated to the rear side of the vehicle around a rotation shaft 32 fixed to the vehicle body so as to orient the bottom faces of seat cushions 12 and 22 toward the vehicle interior, and thus housed in a recessed part 3 formed on the floor. At least a part of the floor 2 from the front side of the installation position of the seats 10 and 20 to the front edge of the recessed part 3 is flatly formed. A box body 80 is installed at a position facing to the bottom faces of the cushions 12 and 22 on the front side of the recessed part 3 on the surface of the floor 2 by being extended in the vehicle width direction.
