<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a filling/packaging bag and filling/packaging device for the same which can easily provide a braille mark indicating a content in the filling/packaging bag. <P>SOLUTION: This relates to the manufacturing method and device for manufacturing the filling/packaging bag P by continuously filling, sealing and packaging a content W in a packaging film F while the film F continuously transferred from a film raw material R wound in a roll shape is sealed in three sides or four sides during sealing processes by a lengthwise sealing mechanism 5 and a widthwise sealing mechanism 6. During the sealing process or after the process, the bag goes through a mark forming process where an uneven braille marking part is placed on the seal part of the bag.
