<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to rapidly and easily adjust the position of an auxiliary pedal. <P>SOLUTION: The pedal device 10 is constituted by being provided with the auxiliary pedal 13 disposed in a position apart upwardly from a main pedal 12, a pressing member 20 disposed operably to press the main pedal 12, a transmission member 21 for transmitting the force of the auxiliary pedal 13 to the pressing member 20, and position adjusting means 22 disposed in such a manner that the position of the auxiliary pedal 13 can be adjusted. The transmission member 21 is so disposed that the operable position of the pedal can be maintained even if the position of the auxiliary pedal is changed.
