PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion ink for mimeograph printing, which has good storage stability. SOLUTION: In the emulsion ink for the mimeograph printing in a water-in-oil type, as an antibacterial and mildewproofing agent (hereafter referred to as agent), at least one of an organic nitrogen-based agent selected from the group consisting of a thiazole isothiazole-based agent, a pyridine quinoline-based agent, and dithiocarbamate-based agent, with an organic bromine-based agent are compounded. A total content of the organic nitrogen-based agent and the organic bromine-based agent is 0.001-0.01 wt.% to a total amount of an aqueous phase, and both the agents are contained at a weight ratio of 1:9-9:1.
