PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera which has the improved adequacy of incorporation of a finder unit and keeps the focal length and diopter scale of a zoom finer accurate. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 45 is inserted into the gap between a projected line part 20g of a cam plate 20 and a guide rail 34a and fixed with an anchor 46. The leaf spring 45 energizes the cam plate 20 along an optical axis of photography to give proper friction, so that the cam plate 20 is prevented from improperly moving at right angles to the optical axis of photography and the cam plate 20 is stopped from having play along the optical axis of photography. When the finder unit 22 is built in a body base part, it becomes easier to position a coupling member engaging the zoom lens barrel of a zoom lens and the cam plate 20. After the finder unit is built in, the cam plate 20 is prevented from having play along the optical axis of photography and improperly moving in a directions crossing the optical axis of photography.
