PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seal member from shifting, coming off, and leaking its contents. SOLUTION: The seal members 1 and 2 individually have the inside diameters smaller than those of tower main body component members 11 and 12 constructed of tubular members, so that inner circumference parts 1a and 2a protruding to the inside of a tower main body 10 are held with thickness larger than that of contact parts 1b and 2b clamped between flanges 11a and 12a when the seal members 1 and 2 are mounted between the tower main body component members 11 and 12. Therefore, if a force shifting or removing the seal members 1 and 2 outward is applied because of pressure fluctuation inside the tower main body 10, the inner circumferential parts 1a and 2a thicker than the contact parts 1b and 2b are brought into contact with the inside face of the tower main body 10, and consequently, no clearance is formed between the tower main body component members 11 and 12 and leakage of contents is prevented.
