PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize inlet pressure loss of refrigerant gas. SOLUTION: In a check valve 300 arranged in an inlet port 23 of a front head 12, the orientations of openings 302 opening in a guide case 301 are limited to directions facing inlets 25 in communication with a cylinder chamber 20. Refrigerant passages are produced straight from the openings 302 to the inlets 25 as passages of refrigerant gas to thus prevent stagnation of refrigerant gas in the guide case 301 and smooth flows of refrigerant gas sucked from the inlet port 23.
