PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing man-hours and to prevent crack occurrence. SOLUTION: A gasket interposed between an exhaust port hole of an engine and an exhaust manifold of an engine, a heat insulator formed of an aluminum plate surrounding the exhaust manifold, and a connecting member made of flexible material for interconnecting the gasket and the heat insulator are provided.
