PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device wherein a lock bar protruding from a joint of a panel engages with an upper frame and a folding door can stably close without rattling in a locking device locking a closed folding door suspended by a sash pulley running in the upper frame. SOLUTION: A wall face of a guide groove 10 of the upper frame 3 is extended downward to form a guide piece 18, a slit groove 19 is provided in an upper end of the lock bar 9 protruding from a joint upper end, the guide piece 18 is fit in the slit groove 19 by protruding the lock bar 9, and the lock bar 9 and the folding door are locked in home positions.
