PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall frame lighter in weight with a smaller number of parts and more easily assembled than a conventional bearing wall frame and dispensing with after-plating treatment while holding fire resistance, durability and strength equivalent to the conventional bearing wall frame. SOLUTION: This bearing wall frame 10 is provided with a body member 11 formed of channel steel having a wide web 11a almost equal to a distance between vertical frames, on the front side; a pair of vertical frame members 12A, 12B formed of steel and fastened to both side parts of the body member 11 by screws; an upper frame member 13A and a lower frame member 13B formed of steel and fastened to the upper and lower parts of the body member 11 and vertical frame members 12A, 12B; and a plurality of horizontal members 14 formed of steel and fastened at prescribed spaces between flanges 11b, 11c of the body member 11 by screws.
