PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the performance of work in a direction in which a ground working device is horizontally oscillated with respect to the direction of a driver seat, and to allow revolving such as passage above an engine. SOLUTION: A traveling drive unit 12 having the engine 13 is provided in a chassis 4 having front and rear wheels 2 and 3; a base 6 of revolver is provided on the chassis 4 via a pivot 5 and a pivot bearing 36; on the base 6, there are provided the driver seat 7, an operating device 8 which is arranged ahead of the driver seat 7, and the ground working device 9 which is arranged near the operating device 8; a working device supporting part 37 for supporting the working device 9 on the upside of the base 6 in a horizontally oscillatable manner is provided in a front part on the base 6; a base part of the working device 9, which is supported by the supporting part 37, is arranged in a position higher than the front and rear wheels 2 and 3 and the engine 13; and the base 6 is arranged in a position lower than an upper end of the engine 13.
