PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for preparing a bulking agent dispersion except an emulsification method, while a method for preparing the dispersion by the emulsification method, wherein a bulking agent must thermally be melted, when the bulking agent is solid, and further wherein the selection of an emulsifying agent, the condition of the emulsification, and the like must be optimized, is general as the method for preparing the bulking agent fine particle dispersion. SOLUTION: The dispersion of the bulking agent fine particles having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 20μm is prepared by a wet dispersion method. It is desirable that the bulking agent is the ester of a higher fatty acid with a polyhydric alcohol, or a long chain alkyl quaternary ammonium salt, and it is also desirable that the melting point of the bulking agent is 20 to 120°C.
