PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thienopyrimidine compound having a gonadotrophic hormone-releasing hormone antagonism, and to provide a medicine containing the same. SOLUTION: This compound represented by the formula [R1is a 1 to 4C alkyl; R2is (1) phenyl which may have a substituent such a amino, a mono 1 to 4C alkylamino, or a di 1 to 4C alkylamino, (2) a heterocyclic group which may have a substituent such a amino, a mono 1 to 4C alkylamino, or a di 1 to 4C alkylamino, or the like; R3is H or a 1 to 4C alkyl; R4is a 1 to 4C alkyl which may have a 1 to 4C alkoxy-carbonyl, carboxy, a mono 1 to 4C alkylamino, an N-1 to 4C alkyl-N-7 to 10C aralkylamino or the like] or its salt.
