PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition structure of a luggage compartment for an automobile capable of changing the luggage compartment of an automobile into an ease-to-use condition according to application, of preventing luggages in the luggage compartment from being seen even in tilting a seat back of a rear seat frontward, of giving an occupant an impression that the luggage compartment is partitioned from a passenger compartment, and of enhancing appearance. SOLUTION: This partition structure 20 of a luggage compartment for an automobile comprises: a first panel 21 capable of being disposed at a tilt position P1 along the back face 13a of the seat back of the rear seat 13 or a horizontal position P2 having a predetermined height from a floor surface 19 along the floor surface 19 of the luggage compartment 19; and a second panel 22 disposed behind the first panel 21 disposed at the tilt position P1 or the horizontal position P2 and composed by making its front part 23 bendable.
