发明名称 GRAIN-ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET REDUCED IN IRON LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain an iron loss-improving effect even after heating up to a high temp., by infiltrating Si, Sb, Sr Cu, Sn, Zn, etc., in dimples formed to the surface of a finish-annealed silicon steel sheet so as to form a magnetic domain fractionization zone. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting of one or more kinds among Si, Sb, Cu, Sn, Zn, Cr, Mn, B, and oxides thereof is prepared. On the other hand, minute dimples or marks are formed with the spaces of 3-30mm to the surface of a finish-annealed grain-oriented silicon steel sheet. Then, the above composition is filled into these dimples or marks, and the infiltrate consisting of reactants of this composition with a steel-sheet matrix and also with a surface film is infiltrated into the steel sheet, so that magnetic domain fractionization zone can be formed.
