PURPOSE: A method for issuing and using an EID(Electronic ID) credit card to prevent illegal use for Internet commercial transaction is provided to settle a credit card price by using an EID, a password, and a security card number instead of a credit card number easily exposed to the third person. CONSTITUTION: A member receiving the credit card and the security card number from a credit card company requests/registers an ID and the password by connecting to a homepage of the credit card company(S5). The credit card company authenticates the member through the security card number(S6). After authentication, the credit card company requests a use permission of the ID and the password to an ID management company(S8). The ID management company informs the credit card company of the ID and password use permission by searching duplication of the ID and the password(S13). The credit card company informs the member of the ID and the password use permission.
