<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release away a hematoma by supplying a fluid such as liquid medicine or cleaning solution into a catheter for suction while pressurizing the fluid and by supplying a fluid medicine directionally from a suction port into a diseased part by diffusing the fluid in the suction atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid pressurizing and supplying path is provided within a suction tube, the fluid to be spouted while being pressurized is made collide with a confronted collision face 5, and linear energy is diffused. Then, the diffusion direction condition of the spouted fluid is controlled according to the correlation of the control of a pressurization condition, an incident collision and reflection diffusion rule and a collision face shape/momentum conservation, and the medical treatment of releasing away a thrombus is supported in the suction atmosphere by supplying the controlled fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
