LINEAR HEATER FOR MOLD AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD AS WELL AS MOLD USING LINEAR HEATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear heater suitable for use by inserting into the inside or a hole part of a pin body. SOLUTION: The linear heater is provided with a nichrome wire 102, an outer pipe 103 with the nichrome wire 102 built in and magnesia 104 as an insulating material interposing between the nichrome wire 102 and the outer pipe 103. The outer pipe 103 is folded at the tip side to form a folding part 106, forming the cross section of the holding part 106 side into substantially a circle by seizing. This construction enables the linear heater to insert into a thin hole and the outer periphery to come in contact with the inner periphery of a hole to improve thermal conductivity.
