PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spit rack for spit-roasting for roasting a spitted food previously roasted in a short time in a kitchen of a store more in response to favorite roasting conditions of a customer and for keeping temperature till the spitted food is eaten to provide the food hot from the grill. SOLUTION: This spit rack for spit-roasting is placed on an edge 3 of a cooking stove 2 to surround a heat source housing part 4, and an upper part thereof is inclined to the heat source housing part, and an outside lower part of a framework 7 to be placed on the edge 3 of the cooking stove 2 to surround the periphery of the heat source housing part 4 is provided with an end receiver 9 to be loaded with one end of a spit 8. A roast juice receiver 10 for housing the roast juice such as seasoning sauce and fats of the food on the spit 8 dripped on the end receiver 9. An outside upper part of the framework 7 is provided with an end support 11 having a recessed part 15 for supporting a part of the spit 8 near the other end thereof in response to the end receiver 9.
