PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative resin film for which a resin material having no environmental load is used and which is excellent in the adhesion to a base metal sheet and in characteristics such as moldability, scuff resistance and the resistance to boiling water and has such a high design as having a clear outward appearance and an embossed outward appearance, and a metal sheet coated with the film. SOLUTION: A polyester resin layer, a printed layer and a transparent protective layer are stacked in this sequence and an expansion stress relaxing agent is finely dispersed in a polyester resin layer (A) in a printed resin film for laminating a high-design decorative metal sheet. The polyester resin layer (A) is constituted preferably by finely dispersing a rubber-like elastic resin (B) as the expansion stress relaxing agent in the polyester resin (A) as a matrix, and at least a part of the rubber-like elastic resin (B) has a structure being capsuled with a vinyl polymer (C) having a polar group. The high-design decorative metal sheet is coated with this printed resin film for laminating it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
