PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film which is excellent in transparency, easy slippage and scuff resistance, suitable for the optical use and excellent in the adhesion to other layers. SOLUTION: In this optical easy-to-adhere polyester film, a coating layer is provided at least on one surface of the polyester film. The coating layer contains a polymer resin and also particulates having an average particle diameter of 80-120 nm and particulates having an average particle diameter of 30-50 nm.
