PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling oil supplying device for a rolling mill with which the sticking efficiency of the rolling oil is improved, the occurrence of the surface flaw on a steel strip due to insufficient lubrication is prevented and the quantity of use of the rolling oil is reduced. SOLUTION: In this rolling oil supplying device for the rolling mill for which a direct type rolling oil supply system is adopted, each nozzle for jetting the rolling oil has a circular jet orifice and the nozzles for jetting the rolling oil are arranged so that the steel strip is oiled over the whole in the width direction by a part oiled by the oiling region on the upstream side and a part oiled by the oiling region on the downstream side when the steel strip is moved by the length of the inlet-side oiling part.
