PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanized steel sheet with improved a press-formability by making a sliding property better than that of the conventional sheet. SOLUTION: In the galvanized steel sheet having galvanization applied on the surface of the steel sheet, the surface roughness of this steel sheet is made to 0.5 to 1.5μm. Further, in the distribution of a probability amplitude density in the surface roughness, the existing probability of the projecting part at the height at a spot closer by 1μm to the bottom part from a height where the frequency to the maximum top part becomes 2% of the total frequency is 0.25 to 0.50. Further, the volume of the recessed part corresponding to the height shifted by 2μm toward the bottom part from the height A is made to be 0.5 to 2.5×10<SP>-3</SP>mm<SP>3</SP>/mm<SP>2</SP>.
