PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine equipped with an inside guide rail contributing to the simplification of a manufacturing process and mounting work. SOLUTION: An inside guiding rail 4a made of a long plate piece is bent to form protrusions 7a protruding to the game area 2 side into the inside guiding rail 4a. By using the protrusions 7a as a game member, the inside guiding rail 4a and other game members are integrally formed, and the use of independent parts can be omitted.
