<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing the cleaned seawater which is subjected to sterilization and removal of contaminants containing organic compounds while the ionic bond inorganic compounds (minerals) in the seawater are made to remain at the same composition in both of amounts and ratios and for manufacturing the diluted and compounded seawater using the cleaned seawater as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaned seawater in which the ionic bond inorganic compounds (minerals) in the seawater are made to remain at the same composition in both of the amounts and the ratios and which is subjected to the sterilization and removal of the contaminants containing organic compounds is obtained by applying a DC voltage to a pair of electrodes 7 and 8 which have a structure to allow the water to flow and between which baggage does not exist, in such a manner that the DC current set at a certain specified value below 5A flows, and by admitting and passing the seawater between the electrodes, then by passing the seawater in an active carbon aqueduct made of polyvinyl chloride or electrical insulating material. The diluted seawater is compounded by diluting the cleaned seawater by fresh water or the desalted water obtained from the seawater in such a manner that the concentration of the salt-component equivalent to that of a Ringer's solution and physiologic saline is attained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
