PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding torch in which, by merely pushing button formed articles 20, 21 with one hand, the nozzle can be attached to or detached from the torch body through one action with the other hand. SOLUTION: The welding torch comprises: a button engaging nozzle which has, on the torch body side, a nozzle notch for engaging with the larger outer circumference of the button (engaging notch) continuously to a nozzle notch for passing the smaller outer circumference of the button (passing notch); and a button formed article-holding torch body which holds two sets of button formed articles, at mutually opposing positions on the outer circumference of the torch body so as to make the formed articles slidable in the axial center direction of the torch body. When slid in the axial center direction of the torch body, the button formed article passes through the passing notch, thereby disengaging the button engaging nozzle. When slid outside the axial center direction of the torch body, the button formed article engages with the engaging notch, thereby mounting the button engaging nozzle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
