PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a tube with a grooved inner face composed of a rolled seamless tube with which the rolling load of the rolling rolls during rolling is constant and the occurrence of a change in the groove shape and of the break of a base stock are prevented. SOLUTION: A load cell 21 for measuring rolling load by work rolls (concave rolls) 3 and back-up rolls 20 is provided and a load impressing device is controlled so that the rolling load detected by this load cell is constant. In this way, the tube with the grooved inner face having the fins of constant height is manufactured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
