<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an amount of catalyst affecting a reaction rate in a flow passage to a relatively large amount in a fine reaction part constitution body (small sized chemical reactor) in which a fluidized mixture substance is subjected to a chemical reaction (catalytic reaction) by the catalyst deposited on a porous layer in a fine flow passage to produce a desired fluid substance. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a fine flow passage 12 formed on one surface of the small sized first substrate 11 is coated with a wetting body 13a for forming a porous layer such that it is slightly projected from the flow passage 12 by the surface tension. When the wetting body 13a is dried by an ultra- critical drying method in which the substantial surface tension of the wetting body 13 can be reduced to an extremely small degree, a porous body for forming the porous layer is not totally shrunk at the drying process and the porous layer is formed in the almost whole of the flow passage 12. Accordingly, a surface area of the porous layer formed on almost whole in the flow passage 12 becomes considerably large and a relatively large amount of the catalyst can be deposited thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
