<p>PURPOSE: To achieve a troubleshooting of a gas apparatus by starting an operation procedure for trouble shooting by a command from the side of a troubleshooting device to diagnose operating condition of actuators. CONSTITUTION: A troubleshooting device 1 is connected to a gas apparatus 11 to start. A CPU 2 works a CPU 12 of the gas apparatus 11 to read out an error code and a trouble history preserved in an EEPROM 15. Then, the CPU 2 outputs an error code in the normal sequence operation of the gas apparatus 11 when the CPU 12 itself detects the abnormality of the gas apparatus 11. Operation modes M1 -Mp for troubleshooting stored in an ROM 14 are called up properly in response to each error code to judge a trouble system. In the judging of the trouble system, a current value and a voltage value at a specified part in the gas apparatus 11 are detected to perform an arithmetic processing according to a troubleshooting program by the CPU 2. The results of diagnosis or parts troubled are shown on a display section 3.</p> |
