PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably support a wire reel even when the wire reel is deformed or distorted, and to allow the wire reel to be smoothly rotated by the feed of a wire. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 3 is freely rotatably provided on a fixing base 2, a first supporting member 4 is provided on the rotary shaft 3, a second supporting member 6 is provided on a connecting rod 5 extended from the first supporting member 4, and the wire reel for welding is supported by a first inclined receiving part 44 provided on the first supporting member 4 and a second inclined receiving part 63 provided on the second supporting member 6.
