PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make comprehensive utilization of 'a stimulating effect of magnetic force, magnetotactic effect, and segmentalization effect of water molecules by magnetization' by using natural energy and the permanent energy of a magnet. SOLUTION: The colloidal filth included in water molecule clusters is released and precipitated and therefore a magnetic field (magnetic flux) is installed on a water bottom in such a manner that the filth precipitating on the water bottom turns to the feed (decomposition) of magnetotactic microorganisms.
