PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to clean the surface of a lid of a rice boiler having the lid which openably covers an opening in the top of a rice boiler body. SOLUTION: A pot 14 is removably contained in the rice boiler body 13 and heated by a heating coil 17. The opening in the top face of the rice boiler body 13 is covered with the lid 21 openably and closably journaled. A lid surface member 30 for covering the top surface of the lid 21 is removably provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
